Went to Haerbin this weekend with Leslie and Sidney, Bill and Blanca. I'll write details in my next post (write a long letter at home and transfer it here). But it was a great adventure and a great time, very cold, many layers of long johns, huge ice slides and sculptures, ice labrynth, and a whole lot of hot tea and cocoa. I was told that I was at the largest ice sculpture festival in the world.
But, it has been weeks since I have recieved any letters from people. If you are reading this blog, please take a moment to drop me an e-mail and say hello, tell me how you and yours are doing. Otherwise I feel like all this communicating is pretty one sided, which is no fun for me. China, in the country, with no regular internet access is isolating, and I need to hear how y'all are doing.
